Cooking with Jazz Jazz

Native of Kingston Jamaica. I migrated to the US in 2000. Inspired by my only child (son) who enlisted in the US Navy, and overcame his greatest fear of swimming, encouraged me by saying you need to conquer your biggest fear too because you are an amazing cook and the world should know. This was the start of Cooking with Jazz Jazz. I tried dishes of all sorts and we tried them. Years later not know that it would spark me into my purpose which is cooking. From Mom to cook to chef all built on the faith and fearlessness of being a single mother raising my only child and cooking a variety of foods He enjoyed. So here we are Cooking with Jazz Jazz. Displaying to the world Jamaican and Southern foods that you can enjoy with your family too!
