Deer Creek

This is a fictional, short western story. The story begins in the current day of 2017 while at a cowboy competition shoot, dressed in an era custom representing 1860 to 1899 with two replica revolvers, a rifle, and shotgun representing the era. Then due to an event occurring during a competition shoot, the story's main character is flipped back in time to 1880.

Once in the past, now our main character must adapt to the era without injecting 2017 into the 1880s. Being in the past means the main character is dealing with the day's good guys, bad guys, and is able to help a family through hard times before he's flipped back into his time of 2017.
