Robert Blake, a writer and painter interested in the paranormal and mystical, undertakes to study a powerful relic, the “Shining Trapezohedron,” that is kept in the Church of Starry Wisdom. The story is part of a trilogy written by both authors which also includes the stories “The Shambler from the Stars” and “The Shadow from the Steeple” by Bloch.
